Madison West - Small Group Personal Training
All Small Group Personal Training Sessions are 45 minutes and allow only 4 clients per session.
Recess
Remember how much fun recess was as a kid? This dynamic cardiovascular session focuses on improving your body's balance, agility and function while boosting endurance, burning fat and tightening up. Each and every session is different, leaving you intrigued as to what will come next. You'll find yourself staring at the clock and counting down the minutes until you get to go to Recess. All fitness levels are welcome.
Push n' Pull
Build strength, gain power and tone muscle by using resistance tubes, medicine balls and your own body weight. This challenging and ever-changing session will help you develop functional strength to shape your body while making it easier to do everything from lifting your kid out of the car to helping your friend move to hitting that golf ball down the fairway. All fitness levels are welcome.
