Recess
Remember how much fun recess was as a kid? This dynamic cardiovascular session focuses on improving your body's balance, agility, and function while boosting endurance, burning fat and tightening up. Each and every session is different, leaving you intriqued as to what will come next. You'll find yourself staring at the clock and counting down the minutes until you get to go to Recess! All fitness levels are welcome.
Push n Pull
Build strength, gain power and tone muscle by using resistance tubes, medicine balls and your own body weight. This challenging and ever-changing session will help you develop functional strength to tone your body while making it easier to do everything from lifting your kid out of the car, to helping your friend move, to hitting that golf ball down the fairway. Remember when you used to be able to touch your toes? Let Mind Body Yoga help lengthen and loosen those muscles that have grown tight over the years. This dynamic stretching session will not only help lengthen tight muscles, but will also help improve your balance, posture, and stamina as well. Customized Sessions!
