Small Group Personal Training

With Orange Shoe Gym’s Small Group Personal Training you can join one of our established Small Group Personal Training sessions - or grab a few friends and start your own! 

Only 4 clients allowed in each Small Group Personal Training session allows the trainer to lead you through a challenging workout that will get your body stronger, your blood pumping and keep your motivation level high!   Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and proven physiological principles to help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

Each Small Group Personal Training program lasts 8 weeks and has a unique focus that is guaranteed to intrigue you - Strength, Cardio, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Sport Specific, or we'll customize a program for your group's specific needs. 

Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level –maybe even making a few friends along the way!
